Note
This article is for Student Pulse Coordinators.
If student groups are missing in Student Pulse, they were missing from the student spreadsheet or were not configured in your SIS.
If you uploaded student spreadsheets
You must reset your Student Pulse configuration, then update and re-upload the spreadsheet prepared in Part 1 (a): Import school data of the Student Pulse onboarding process.
-
On the "Is this your school structure?" dialog, confirm that the school structure is incorrect by selecting "resetting onboarding."
Image 1: Select "resetting onboarding" to update the school structure.
On the Reset Onboarding pop-up, select CONFIRM.
Add the missing groups to the spreadsheet prepared in Part 1 (a): Import school data. If another staff member created the spreadsheet, you can ask them to add the missing groups.
Upload it again to Student Pulse.
Sign in again to Pulse using the link in the configuration notification email and continue your Student Pulse configuration.
If you synced your data from School Information System (SIS)
Configure students and groups in your SIS rather than adding them manually into Pulse. If you notice missing students or groups in Pulse, ensure you configure them in your SIS first.
During onboarding: Fix the SIS data before proceeding.
After onboarding: Fix the SIS data, then reset onboarding.
Once new data is imported into Pulse, you can reset your configuration. See Deploy Student Pulse with Wonde.
