This article is intended for staff nominated to complete the Pulse onboarding.
This article outlines the steps in uploading the completed staff spreadsheet to Staff Pulse. This is part of the two-stage Staff Pulse onboarding process:
- Part 1: Importing data into Staff Pulse
- Part 2: Configuring Staff Pulse
Before you start
Before you proceed, make sure you’ve completed the staff spreadsheet to be uploaded and the upload link to Staff Pulse. The staff spreadsheet template and the upload link are provided in the Pulse email:
Uploading the staff spreadsheet
- Log into Pulse using the link provided in the Pulse onboarding email.
Note
If this is your first time to log in to Pulse, you’ll be prompted to accept the Pulse terms of service.
- Select I understand and agree, then select PROCEED.
- Select PROCEED on the Welcome to Pulse screen.
- Select PROCEED on Part One: Import school data.
- On the Upload staff data screen, select Upload, locate your spreadsheet, then select Open.
- Pulse will validate your spreadsheet and show you the list of staff you’ve added. Review the list, then select NEXT.
Note
If the list has an error or is incomplete, select BACK, then update and reupload the spreadsheet.
- Select CONTINUE TO PART TWO.
