Unenrolling staff members by SIS sync

Wonde schools

Staff who are in your School Information System (SIS) are automatically synced into Pulse. If you manually delete a staff member in Pulse, they will be added back during the overnight Wonde sync and assigned the Staff Directory role. Staff who are not in Wonde can be manually added and removed from Pulse, though we recommend that enrolments are managed via your SIS.

Clever and ClassLink schools

Staff cannot be deleted during Clever or ClassLink sync, but their role can be downgraded to Staff Directory if they no longer require access to student check-in data. Follow the steps here.
