Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) allows a Pulse Director to get a read on job satisfaction within the school.
eNPS will ask the question “How likely are you to recommend your school as a workplace to your friends and family?” once per calendar month during check-ins. Staff can answer on a scale of 0 to 10. They can also skip answering. Whether they answer or skip, they will not be asked the question again until the start of the next calendar month.
Overview

The eNPS section will display a summary of responses for the current calendar month and to the left you can choose the whole school or different groups at the school. It will also show a comparison with the NPS score from the previous calendar month (if available).
The “horseshoe” device at left shows the Net Promoter Score® (NPS) for the current calendar month. If the data is available, it will also show you the previous month’s NPS score below it. It will show a little green up arrow if the current month’s score is higher and a little red down arrow if the current month’s score is lower than the previous month’s. The Net Promoter Score ranges from -100 to 100.
