When staff check-in ‘I’m having a tough week’

In response to the 'Wellbeing Question', a staff member may select that they are having a tough week.

If they select this, they will be able to share which areas are affecting them:

Once they have nominated the areas, they will be asked if they’d like to talk to someone:

If they select the “Yes, I’d like to talk to someone” option, they will be able to connect with a trusted staff member at the school (those in the Pulse Director or Steward role).

The staff will see this final page in Pulse, which provides them with access to support services, should they feel they require more immediate assistance:

If they select “No, I’m just letting you know” then their Wellbeing Question response and their selections of areas affecting them will be recorded in an identified manner and the check-in finalized.
