At the end of their check-in, staff members can send gratitude messages to their peers who are also enrolled in Staff Pulse. If your school has Student Pulse, staff will also be able to share gratitude with enrolled students in Pulse.
Current View
The Current view shows you the number of gratitudes staff members sent to their peers for the selected period or custom date range.
The number on the left shows the total number of gratitudes. In this example, 142 is the raw count of gratitude expressions given. The small number below indicates whether this is higher or lower than in the previous period. In this example, the school is up 20 from the previous term.
On the right, the dashboard breaks down the type of gratitude expressed, how many gratitude expressions were sent to students and staff, and the total for each type. In this example, staff members sent 34 gratitude messages to their peers and students.
Adjust the Gratitude report
You can see different Gratitude responses based on your selected time period. Select Week, Month, Term or Year, or set a custom week range.
To set a custom week range:
- Select the Select dates calendar.
- Select Custom weeks range.
- Select the Start and End dates. The dates snap to the start and end of the week.
- Select Apply.
Over Time View
Select Over time at the top-right of the dashboard to view the trend in Gratitudes sent over the selected time period. Hover over a node to see the count of Gratitudes sent for that week.
Widgets
- Highlights: The Highlights widget shows a summary of which kind of gratitude is given most frequently, and what proportion of your staff are giving gratitude.
- Insights: The gratitude Insights widget shows which groups (out of the groups you oversee) have given the most gratitude in the selected time period.
