Sharing gratitude has a positive impact on wellbeing. Staff have the opportunity to share gratitude with a peer in Pulse, or a student too if the school also uses Student Pulse.

At the end of a check-in, staff are able to express gratitude towards anyone enrolled in Pulse at the school. To do this, staff will need to type in at least 5 letters of the name of the person they would like to send gratitude to:

From there, they select the type of gratitude they would like to send:

If sending gratitude to another staff member, they can also share a free text response with a bit more context about the gratitude they are sending

After selecting send, the nominated person will receive this gratitude via email.

The free-text option for gratitude is only available when staff members are sending gratitude to another staff member. Free-text gratitude cannot be sent from or to students.
