This article is for Pulse Directors and Stewards.
The Well-being dashboard displays the well-being data collected from staff members in your designated group. This data is based on their responses to the check-in question, "How are you feeling at work this week?"
Current View
The overall score on the left represents the ratio of staff who responded either "I’m feeling great" or "I’m feeling positive". For example, in Image 1, 13 out of 20 staff members reported that they’re feeling either positive or great. The small number underneath indicates if the score is higher or lower than the previous period. In the example, the score is up 0.2 points.
On the right is a breakdown of the overall score based on the staff’s responses to the well-being question. Select a category to show just the staff who responded that way.
You can view the well-being scores for different time periods. You can select Week, Month, Term or Year, or set a new custom period from the date picker.
- Select the Select dates calendar.
