Reflection Questions: Digging Deeper and Insights
We’re introducing two new questions in the student check-ins, designed to help students reflect more deeply on their wellbeing.
After answering the ‘How are you feeling today?’ wellbeing question, students will be asked to name the emotion they feel. Then at the end of the check-in, Pulse will ask what makes them happy, relaxed, or excited. They can select an answer from the predetermined responses provided.

Coming soon - Wellbeing Insights
Watch this space for Wellbeing Insights. Wellbeing Insights summarises students’ check-ins over the course of each term. The report covers how they answered the check-in questions and what types of gratitude they shared to peers or staff at school, among other things!
Students will receive their Wellbeing Insights at the end of each term.
