The Staff Directory role gives you limited access to the Pulse dashboard. Enrolment in the Staff Directory lets you send and receive gratitude from students (default) and respond to help requests in the Help Inbox (optional).
Receive help requests
You can receive help requests from students if your Pulse Coordinator has added you as a help responder during Pulse onboarding. You’ll be notified on your Pulse dashboard and by email when a student reaches out to you for help when they check in.
Respond to help requests in the Help Inbox
The Help Inbox lets you respond and keep track of all help requests you’ve received from students. This optional feature is only available if you’re a help responder.
While the Help Inbox is available to all schools, access is only turned on by default for the Wellbeing team.
