Employee Net Promoter Score in the staff check-in

Pulse will allow you to collect insights on job satisfaction at your school through Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).

eNPS will ask the question “How likely are you to recommend your school as a workplace to your friends and family?” once per calendar month during check-ins. Staff can answer on a scale of 0 to 10. They can also skip answering. Whether they answer or skip, they will not be asked the question again until the start of the next calendar month.


If they click on ‘Who sees my responses?’, they will see how this response will be shared.

Response to the eNPS question will show up in the eNPS Section of the dashboard. Similar to the experience questions, eNPS insights will be de-identified.
