Exclude students and staff from Pulse enrolments via Wonde

Pulse automatically enrols all students and staff when it syncs with your School Information System (SIS) via Wonde integration. However, you can exclude specific students and staff from Pulse enrolments from Wonde's Access Control settings. Managing enrolments in Wonde before syncing to Pulse also prevents these students and staff from being re-enrolled. 

To exclude certain users from Pulse in Wonde: 

  1. Sign in to Wonde, then go to the Access Control tab.
  2. Select the Pulse tile.
  3. Select Exclude certain users and allow access to all others.  
  4. Select the students and staff whom you want to exclude.
  5. Select Mark as excluded.
  6. Select Save.

The selected students and staff members are excluded from Pulse until you decide to update your sync settings in Wonde.
